Spa Apprentice (Trainee Therapist)

You will assist the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and ensuring smooth operational flow across treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and thermae facilities. Under the guidance of experienced therapists and trainers, you will learn and apply holistic techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Support spa operations including guest welcome, room preparation, and product replenishment Shadow and assist qualified therapists during treatments and wellness sessions Participate in structured training programs in holistic therapy practices Maintain a serene and hygienic environment throughout the spa Uphold Thermae Bath Spa’s values of excellence, care, and professionalism Cross training and perform duties throughout the spa operations Cross training and perform duties in the Spa village at The Gainsborough Bath Spa Engage with guests to ensure comfort and satisfaction, responding to queries with warmth and discretion

Ideal Candidate should be:

Passionate about wellness, holistic health, and guest care Eager to learn and grow within the spa and wellness industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, proactive, and committed to high standards Able to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays

Training:

Wellbeing and Holistic Therapist Level 3.

You will need to attend college one day per week, term time only at our City Centre Campus in Bath.

Training Outcome:

Qualified Spa Therapist.

Working Hours :
