Technical Account Manager – IT Managed Service Provider
A successful, well-known and rapidly growing IT Managed Service Provider ( MSP ), is looking to hire a Technical Account Manger to help with their ongoing growth plans.

The company are extremely ambitious, having grown headcount significantly in the past 24 months.

You will need a proven track record of Technical Account Management/Technical Consulting experience within the IT B2B sector.

This role will require you to attend client meetings, consult, and lead technical road mapping, acting as a technical advisor/escalation for all issues for a handful of clients.

Roles Responsibilities:

Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned client accounts.

Host regular meetings and calls with the client to build rapport and maintain a mutual relationship.
Host and lead client meeting/calls to progress with the delivery of products and services identified from the roadmap
Understand the needs of your accounts and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to address and solve these needs.
Collaborate with clients to develop and drive technical roadmap, drive outcomes, and report on progress.
Assist internal sales, client strategy, account management and trading teams providing technical support and knowledge.
Support internal teams with delivery of all product, data and technological solutions and strategy.

Experience and skills Required:

Proven track record in IT B2B sector as a Technical Account Manager / Technical Consultant.
A sound technical IT knowledge, particularly in Microsoft products and services
Continuously developing individual with an excellent understanding of the IT Services industry, business practices, trends and/or events to substantiate value to a client
Ability to overcome complicated challenges, ensuring client satisfaction is upheld
Sound finance / business acumen, possessing the ability to think strategically
Confident in presenting services and products both internally and externally
Experience managing relationships on a business and technical level

Required Technical Experience:

An understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing.
Microsoft 365 product suite (collaboration, security, compliance etc.).
Microsoft Azure
Cloud Services
Computer / peripheral hardware

The role is paying up to £65k depending on experience (potential flex for the right candidate)
Remote based.
