Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprentice

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, control, contribute to and complete manufacturing operations Follow SOPs and adhere to safe working policies and procedures Maintain Health and Safety standards including correct PPE usage Organise work area using 5S principles Support continuous improvement using lean tools and problem-solving techniques Carry out quality checks and escalate concerns appropriately

Training:
The learner will be studying the Engineering Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification Day release to West Suffolk College

Training Outcome:

Upon completion, apprentices may progress to:

Production Operative Quality Assurance Operative Logistics Operative Process/Finishing Operative Advanced Apprenticeships or Technician roles
