CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR – TALKE - £20500 - £21000We are working with a fantastic company based in Talke/Kidsgrove.

Experience is preferred but not essential.
But what you do need to have is an understanding of customer service, love talking to lots of different people and have a professional approach on the telephone.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Dealing with high volume incoming callsResolving customer issues in a timely mannerLiaise with external contractors to arrange and manager resolutions to the queries raisedDealing with a variety of questions and queriesPromoting the benefits of using the services the company providesAssisting with contract renewals and retaining customersDealing with complaintsMaintaining accurate customer records using the inhouse system
Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role is preferred but not essentialExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPC LiterateCustomer focusedEmpathy for customer queriesAbility to deal with complaints whilst maintain a high standard of customer serviceTeam PlayerFlexibleWilling to learn and developDue to location of client own transport would be preferable
Week One Shifts: 8am-4.30pm Monday to FridayWeek Two Shifts: 10am-7pm Monday to FridayWorking 2 Saturdays (9am-5pm) with a day off in lieu20 days holiday plus Bank HolidaysOnsite Parking£20,592.00 rising to £21,192.00 after 6 monthsFantastic opportunity to build a career
