Service Coordinator

Skills & Experience Required

All processes will be taught and all training for the role will be provided inhouse.

Responsibilities
The position of Facilities Administrator includes but is not limited to the following areas

Scheduling, planning and reporting on Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits with clients
Logging incoming calls and arranging call out service support
Creating project records on Software System and maintaining accurate records of work
Placing orders with suppliers via Software System for materials and services
Process completed reports for PPM visits and call out visits and resolve/escalate any follow up visits/repair quotations
Renewal of Annual Contracts
Schedule and organise ad hoc call outs from FM clients
Preparation of cost reports and billing information for submission to accounts department
Weekly and Monthly reporting to clients and management
