We are recruiting a Sous Chef to join beautiful made-up bistro, cafe and creative private members club and public venue in South-West London. This is a great opportunity for a Sous Chef with strong fresh-food experience who enjoys working in a dynamic, modern kitchen and takes pride in producing fresh-modern European dishes.

This Sous Chef role offers real creative input, working closely with the Head Chef to shape an ambitious, evolving menu for a café, bistro, and lounge space. The venue runs everything from brunch to evening service, with live events, a buzzing atmosphere, and plenty of room for menu innovation, including the chance to reinvent the classic Sunday Roast in South-West London.

Sous Chef Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP experience in fresh-food kitchensStability: Strong employment history with commitment and longevity in previous roles.Leadership: Excellent ability to support, mentor, and develop the chef brigade.
