Role: Purchase Ledger Clerk Location: Poole Salary: £27,000 - £28,500 per annum Holt Recruitment are working with a manufacturer in Poole. They have an opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their team on a full time, permanent basis. Whats the role? This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to step into a Purchase Ledger Clerk position supporting the finance team in Poole. Duties: - Process and post purchase ledger invoices accurately and on time. - Resolve issues with suppliers and internal teams. - Reconcile supplier statements and prepare payment run info. - Ensure supplier payment terms are met. - Report on invoice status and handle document scanning/shredding. - Provide cover for other roles and assist with ad hoc tasks. - Process pre-payment requests and credit card transactions. - Handle internal expense forms and attend meetings. What do you need? - Previous experience support a finance team. - Knowledge and experience in purchase ledger admin. - To be well organised. - To be a team leader. - Highly proficient IT user, including Excel, Outlook, and accounting software.
