French & Italian Speakng Customer Relationship Lead
Role: French & Italian Speaking Customer Relationship Lead Salary: £25,000 + £4K Commission Location: Nottingham Type: Permanent - Office Based Overview 2fawcett are looking for a confident Italian Speaking Customer Relationship Lead to join a business located in Nottingham.
This will be on a permanent basis and will be starting as soon as possible, so ideally you will be immediately available as a candidate.
As CRL you will be working proactively in order to deliver excellent service to a client base in Italy in terms of order management; deliveries; Manage returns; through clear and concise communication, in line with policies & procedures as defined in our Customer Service manual.
The Role & Responsibilities of the French & Italian Speaking Customer Relationship Lead • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships with Customers mainly based in Italy • Liaise with internal stakeholders • Work closely with the Sales teams, to manage the orderbook and unblock any held orders.
• Ensure timely communication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity • Handle and resolve all issues ensuring best interest of both the Customer and Company is kept at heart.
• Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
• Highlight any problems/errors regarding all issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved.
• To keep direct contact with Key Accounts, promptly providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments, DC closures, etc.
• A degree of flexibility is needed to ensure all urgent tasks/ deadlines are completed to the timescale required.
Skills & Experience for the French & Italian Speaking Customer Relationship Lead • Language skills; native or fluent speaker in French and Italian plus English • Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment • Customer service experience • Experience of working within the print industry would be an advantage • Analytical Skills; Well organised, methodical and accurate • Good knowledge of Microsoft office, intermediate excel skills would be an advantage.
