Your Lead Generation Executive role will include:
* Engage with decision makers over the phone via cold calling, social media and email marketing campaigns
* Obtaining a full understanding of current recruitment methods and how our solutions can improve or compliment
* Identify new leads and potential new markets
* Partnering with an experienced Account Manager to close potential opportunities
* Highlighting needs to decision makers
* Generating leads and opportunities with potential clients
* Open to candidates with no experience as full training provided

Although individuals from a sales background will be ideal, applications from candidates without experience but a desire to get into sales will also be considered as full training can be provided.
As a Lead Generation Executive, you will also require:
* Previous B2B New Business Sales Experience (Desirable)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* IT literate
* Self motivated and results driven
