Location: Essex

Salary: £20k- £26k depending on experience

Full Time: Monday to Friday

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment and Litigation Legal Secretary within a long-established solicitor.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Employment and Litigation Legal Secretary to provide strong administrative support combined with a flexible and positive approach to working within a busy growing firm.

The Job Role:

? Assist in a range of employment matters
? Audio typing using Olympus
? Drafting Court papers, e-mails, and correspondence
? Diary management
? Dealing with clients via phone and face to face
? Processing new client enquiries
? Opening files on Osprey Case Management system
? File closure & general filing
? Bill preparation assistance

Skills Experience and Qualifications:

? Experience in a similar role supporting more than one fee earner
? Excellent communication skills and pleasant telephone manner
? Active interest and thorough understanding of client requirements
? Excellent IT skills
