CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services company. You’ll be working across a prestigious portfolio of commercial buildings in Victoria, all within a 2-minute walk from the station - making your commute simple and stress-free!

In return, my client is offering:A basic salary of up to £47,500Monday - Friday8:00 AM – 17:00 PM1 in 4 call outSeason ticket loanPrivate healthcare25 days holiday + bank holidaysStakeholder pensionKey Duties & Responsibilities:Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across building systemsPumps, motors, valves, pipework, and HVAC systems maintenanceWater systems: flushing, temperature checks, and log managementFire damper checks and basic AHU/FCU servicingBMS monitoring (hot & cold)Plumbing tasks — unblocking toilets, replacing taps, etc.Maintain and update logbooksControl of sub-contractors and permit to work systemsAttending client meetings and ensuring top-level customer serviceRequirements:Mechanically qualified – Level 3 or equivalentProven experience in commercial building maintenanceMulti-skilled with basic electrical awareness desirableGood communication skills and client-facing approachMust be able to provide copies of trade certificatesPlease send your CV to Dylan Briggs at CBW Staffing Solutions to avoid missing out on this great opportunity!
