Apprentice Sales and Lettings Negotiator

As the Show home Assistant, you will ensure the property is presented to a high standard, provide professional customer service to all visitors, and act as the main onsite representative during opening hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the show home each day Greeting visitors and maintain a professional, welcoming environment Managing visitor registration and booking in valuations Providing general information about the development and the local area Ensuring the show home always remains well-presented Liaising with the Nock Deighton sales team to pass on visitor details and updates

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
A potential for full-time employment at the conclusion of the apprenticeship
