Our client is a luxury five star hotel in the stunning Vietnam. They’re now looking for a Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and close evening service across all dining outletsTrain, schedule, and mentor front-of-house staffMaintain service standards and handle guest feedback professionallyCoordinate with kitchen on guest preferences and special requestsAssist with scheduling, payroll, reporting, and inventorySupport implementation of new menus, events, and seasonal offeringsUphold brand standards and grooming guidelinesFoster a positive, motivated, and guest-focused team environment

Key Requirements:

A strong restaurant background within the 5-star luxury hotel or restaurant sector.Experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant or fine dining venue of similar scale and complexity, with supervisory experience or training.A guest-centric mindset with proven leadership and organisational skills.The ability to speak French is an advantage.
