Student Nurse Associate Apprenticeship

Deliver person-centred care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Learn essential clinical skills, from taking observations to supporting complex care. Rotate through placements to build a broad understanding of healthcare. Develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a Nurse Associate.

Training:
Hospital or community settings across Lincolnshire

Training Outcome:

After apprenticeship completion and a 14-month consolidation period, you will also be able to apply for the RNDA Top-Up programme, where you will develop as a Registered Nurse.
