Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship Level 2 - Skern Lodge
Do you love meeting new people? Would you enjoy providing the best customer service to enhance our guests experience? For our front of house operation, we are looking for Food & Beverage Hospitality Team Member Apprentices to serve food and beverages to our customers, clear and clean tables and manage stock levels etc.
You will be given full training and complete a nationally recognised qualification working alongside our experienced team.
If you have experience in Hospitality then that’s great, but it isn’t essential. What is needed is the willingness to learn whilst gaining practical skills and a commitment to achieving your Apprenticeship.
Your duties will include:
Serving customers Stocking shelves Cleaning Stock taking and putting away deliveries, reporting low stock levels to managementThe ideal candidate should be able to work alone and in a team, use their initiative and be proactive in their approach to work. You'll also need to demonstrate:

Training:
You will be supported by an assessor throughout your apprenticeship As you progress through your apprenticeship your duties and responsibilities will alter as you develop the skills for a successful career in hospitality Training will be a mix of face to face and online learning You will gain a Level 2 Food & Beverage Team Member Apprenticeship Qualification Functional Skills in Maths and English if required.

Working Hours :
