Early Years Educator Apprentice

Duties:

To develop your role within the team, especially with regard to being a key worker To keep good records of the children Maintain good relationships with parents and children Assist with meeting the personal and emotional needs of individual children To be aware of the nurseries' policies and procedures and ensure they are adhered to

Training:
Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship qualification Paediatric first aid qualification Apprentices without Level 2 English and maths will need to achieve this level prior to taking their end point assessment

Training Outcome:
A full-time position at the nursery and pathways for continuous professional development are available for staff to progress
