Business Support Administrator Apprentice

As an apprentice in our Technology Solutions team, you’ll combine technical tasks, client interaction, and learning. Work on platform checks, content updates, and real projects like custom builds and integrations. Join team huddles, shadow consultants, and develop skills in automation, reporting, and UX design. Gain hands-on experience, expert guidance, and a clear path to progression.

Training:

A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (18 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include:

The Organisation Value of their skills Stakeholders Relevant regulation Policies Business Fundamentals Processes External environmental factors IT Record and document production Decision making Interpersonal Skills Communications Quality Planning and Organisation Project management

You may need to complete level 2 Maths and English Functional skills (if you cannot evidence prior grades).

Training Outcome:

Successful apprentices could go on to work in a number of roles across Jam Pan such as; Technology Support Administrator, Learning Solutions Administrator, Operations Administrator.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, shifts.
