Maintaining accurate records of children’s development and sharing progress with parents and carers Building strong, positive relationships with families to enhance children’s care and learning experiences Supporting room routines, activities and daily planning as directed by the Room Lead Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment that considers all children’s cultural, medical and developmental needs Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of every child at all times Adhering to all nursery policies, procedures and legislative requirements Promoting positive behaviour and act as a role model for healthy, respectful and inclusive values Contribute to regular cleaning, hygiene and safety checks

Training Outcome:
At the end of completion there will be the opportunity to proceed onto a Level 5 Early Years Apprenticeship Standard
