Accounts Admin Assistant Apprentice

Sending quotes (pro-formas) to customers to obtain final order numbers Chasing overdue order numbers and payments Sending statements to customers Chasing suppliers for statements Raising purchase order numbers Assisting in entering purchase invoices Closing sales invoices Closing customer portals to submit costings Other general admin, queries, phone calls, responding to emails, using excel to collate data when needed

Training:

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) Whilst in the workplace, apprentices will also receive any additional training support and guidance required from their dedicated tutor Attending weekly classes to achieve the Standard
Level 3 Business Administration qualification

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate will be given the opportunity of full-time employment upon completion of the apprenticeship
