Work side-by-side with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to build real kitchen skills Be part of the team during prep and busy service times Prepare, cook, and plate dishes to top standards Keep the kitchen spotless, safe, and organised Learn to use equipment safely and report any issues Stay ahead with new menus, products, and promotions Follow company policies Share ideas and get involved in team meetingsTraining:
Commis Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship with Milton Keynes College. What You’ll Learn Rotate through all kitchen sections to master food preparation and cooking techniques. Work safely and efficiently following HSE guidelines. Develop knife skills and presentation techniques. Understand menu planning and contribute creative ideas. Additional food safety and allergen training. Supportive environment with ongoing training and mentorship.
