Accounts Admin Apprentice
Completing daily CHAPS payments
Applying customer payments to accounts
Reconciling company bank accounts
Analysing daily banking activity
Applying and processing daily charges
Completing purchase ledger functions
Processing and paying invoices
Monitoring stationery supplies
Booking hotels and trains as required
Processing direct debit claims through BACS
Reconciling petty cash
Assisting with month-end processes
Processing settlements
Carrying out financial analysis using Excel
Managing emails and account enquiries
Training:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics (if applicable) Level 2 Functional Skills in English (if applicable)You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills (where needed) that you have to take. Additional off the job training will also be required as part of the Apprenticeship. There will also be an end point assessment.
Training Outcome:
After the Apprenticeship, there may be an opportunity for you to advance in the workplace or go on to higher education
