Business Administration Apprentice (36298)
Key Responsibilities:
Handling day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and maintaining internal systems Supporting the operations team with scheduling emergency call-outs and managing job trackers Assisting with customer and contractor communications via phone and email Updating and maintaining accurate records, including compliance documents and performance reports Supporting the finance process with invoice logging, expenses, and purchase orders Assisting with onboarding new contractors and organising team resources Working alongside the MD on key business growth initiatives and internal projects Providing general admin support to ensure smooth daily operationsHow you will be supported:
