Plastic Injection Moulding Maintenance Apprentice
Assist with the maintenance, repair, and servicing of plastic injection moulding machines and associated equipment
Support experienced engineers with fault diagnosis and corrective action
Participate in planned preventive maintenance routines
Assist with tool changes, machine setups, and adjustments
Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department
Training:
Engineering and Manufacturing Support Technician Level 3
Mechanical and electrical principles
Plastic injection moulding equipment and processes
Health and safety in manufacturing
Technical drawings and problem-solving
Use of workshop tools and diagnostic equipment
Training Outcome:

8am till 5pm Monday till Thursday, 8am till 2.30pm on a Friday.
