Photocopying.

Scanning.

General office work.

Using Case Management system.

Taking calls from clients and estate agents.

Updating clients.

Typing letters, documents.

Typing - doing dictation tapes.

Learning the Conveyancing process from start to finish.

Assisting on the Conveyancing files.

May have to cover reception - when receptionist off sick or on holiday.



Training:

The off the job training will take place at Oldham College one day a week. Working towards a Level 3 Paralegal apprenticeship.
