General Administration
Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records and filing systems. Support internal teams with document control, compliance, and general office duties. Handle incoming calls and emails professionally, directing queries as appropriate. Help with the preparation and review of business documentation. Be involved in import and export logistics operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and documentation Liaise with various carriers and our drivers. Track and trace shipments to ensure timely delivery and report any issues related to delays or damages. Maintain accurate records of all logistics transactions.Customer Service Administration
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, the company website and in person, providing timely and effective solutions. Process customer orders and monitor their progress through to delivery. Provide regular updates to customers on order and shipment status as required. Support the sales team in managing relationships and resolving complaints.Laboratory Administration
Booking in customer samples for laboratory analysis. Be a point of contact for lab-related customer queries, distributing calls and responding to general enquiries. Distribute lab reports to customers, ensuring timely and accurate communication. Assist in maintaining accurate records of lab activities, including sample logs, lab scorecard data, and summaries of analyses.Business Support Administration
Participate in cross-departmental projects and meetings. Support the implementation of business improvement initiatives. Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis as required.
Training:
Training will be provided by EMA Training to cover the content required to gain your Business Administration Level 3 qualification which will help start your career and give you an insight into the businesses processes and procedures.
Through a combination of online and in person visits to the workplace, you will be supported by your trainer/mentor to cover the required content for the business administration level 3 apprenticeship programme.
You will be assessed during your end-point assessment through a knowledge test, project presentation and professional discussion.
Training Outcome:
Opportunity for a full-time position within the team upon completion of the apprenticeship programme.

Working Hours :
