Human Resources Support Apprenticeship - Level 3 - Birmingham
As a HR Support (HRA26) apprentice, this is brilliant opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute – you will:
Work alongside a dedicated HR team within the BBC, learning the ins and outs of their processes Provide support to colleagues and contribute to making the BBC a great place to work Assist with day-to-day HR tasks, which will vary depending on the team you are placed into Develop strong communication and organisation skills, which will set you up perfectly for a career in HR, or allow you to take these transferable skills to another areaTraining:
You’ll study for your industry recognised apprenticeship qualification, learning both on and off the job. This means you’ll spend at least one day a week studying for a Level 3 Human Resources Support apprenticeship with our learning provider, using its virtual delivery platform.
Training Outcome:
This is a fixed-term apprenticeship - your contract lasts for the duration of the scheme Once completed, you’ll be supported with career development, employability training, and networking opportunities to help you take your next step - whether that’s at the BBC or elsewhere in the industry
