Conveyancing Paralegal Location: Liverpool Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-time Are you an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal looking to take the next step in your career? Or are you a candidate who has fulfilled a property role within legal? This is a great opportunity to join a small, friendly, and expanding law firm based in Liverpool. You'll be working one-to-one with a Senior Conveyancer, supporting them across a full range of residential conveyancing transactions. This is a hands-on, full-time role ideal for someone who is confident handling files from instruction through to completion - and may be ready to begin managing a small caseload independently. Key Responsibilities: - Supporting a Senior Conveyancer with residential property matters from start to finish - Drafting contracts, ordering searches, and preparing completion packs - Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties - Managing administrative duties and progressing transactions - Potential to run a small caseload if experienced, or grow into that responsibility over time Requirements: - Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in a residential conveyancing or Property role - Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail - Comfortable working independently and within a small team - Previous experience managing a caseload is beneficial but not essential What’s on Offer: - A supportive and close-knit working environment - Opportunity to grow your responsibilities and progress your career - Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000 depending on experience, alongside other benefits. - Central Liverpool office location If you would like to apply, please send your CV across to Rebecca r.davies@clayton-legal.co.uk or call 0151 2301 208 for more details.
