Internal Sales Administrator – Banbury
Permanent - Full time
Salary £23,000 - £24,000
Monday to Friday, 8.45am to 4.45pm
This individual will be acting as a central Sales hub for the business, providing support to the UK and Export Sales Team in addition to nominated Distributors & OEMS.
They will be responsible for dealing with Incoming Sales Enquiries and handling Sales Leads to the relevant colleagues.
Along with the production of official proposals, liaising with the team to ensure our customers are kept informed through the manufacture process.
Preparing delivery paperwork for UK/export orders.
This position will also manage inbound and outbound Sales calls.
The individual must possess excellent communication skills
OEM/Distributor/Key Account Management –
Dealing with general day to day enquiries
Ensuring customers are kept up to date with current products & stock promotions.
Look for opportunities to upsell and provide the best possible solutions and service to the client
Timely generation of Scheduled Stocklists for our Uk/Export OEM /distributors
CRM – Update and data cleanse the CRM system to ensure all data is being captured and is correct
Act as sales support for the CRM function
Processing functions to include Proposal Generation, Order Processing, Sales Documentation generation.
Preparing documents for deliveries both UK/Export
Responding to sales enquiries via telephone/email/occasional customer visit
Prepare for customer visits, point of contact for manager/visitors.
Forwarding Sales Leads to relevant colleagues.
Managing incoming/outbound sales calls
Follow up on marketing campaigns/exhibitions
Supporting the UK/Export Sales Managers
Establish solid working relationships with OEM and distributor accounts
Participation / Manning exhibitions or events
Provide an efficient and friendly service of customer care through the prompt and professional handling of enquiries
