Job Title: Senior Administrator – Engineering Division
Location: City of London
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrator to join our Engineering Division in the City of London. This is a people management role, offering the opportunity to lead a team, streamline administrative processes, and support the infrastructure management team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Line management of administrative staff, including defining roles, responsibilities, and performance objectives.

Validation and assurance of all administrative reports, metrics, and budget reporting.

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the infrastructure management team.

Manage accurate commercial reporting, accounting, and invoicing.

Maintain the Help Desk function as a key supplier interface contact.

Collate, manage, and present various performance metrics, including 3rd party KPI and SLA indicators.

Function as 3rd party escalation for administrative tasks and ensure commercial compliance.

Maintain business continuity plans, statutory property logbooks, and compliance databases.

Organise training schedules, CPD sessions, and staff onboarding processes.

Support Health & Safety and Well-being initiatives within the team.

Oversee team holidays, expenses, sickness, and shift schedules.

Attend meetings to present reports and contribute to decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 2/3 (or transferable) in Business & Administration.

IOSH Managing Safely qualification.

Experience in an engineering administrative environment.

Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Essential Skills & Competencies:

Ability to work collaboratively and leverage team skills and knowledge.
