Registered ManagerMerseysideUp to £40,000Would you like to work for a Community Homecare provider where Quality and Clinical Excellence is paramount?Our client specialises in the provision of highly complex home healthcare services that are delivered to their client’s in their homes and are looking to for a talented Registered Manager to join their established and dedicated team in Merseyside.Role:• Managing a team of consultants who will implement care packages• Managing accidents, incidents and complaints• Developing new business and networks to generate packages of care• Recruiting and maintaining care staff to support complex packages• Implementing strong operational processes across the office to support the delivery of a high-quality service• Achieve the aims of the agreed budget and manage costs relevant to the office• Be responsible for the safe delivery of the service in line with legislative requirements and company policy and procedures• Managing the safe implementation of new complex packages• Attending meetings and forums to review service delivery• Becoming the Registered Manager following a successful probation periodRequirements:• Passionate about their role, committed to the highest standards of care and compliant with CQC regulations• Entrepreneurial, driven by business growth and motivated to exceed performance targets• Highly motivated, driven and organised• Focus on delivering only the very highest levels of care• A strong manager of people and team or an aspiration to be one.• A hands-on approach.• Track record of running a successful care service• Experience in managing a multi-disciplined team• Evidence of working with high acuity service users• UK Driving LicenceThe working hours are between Monday to Friday, based on 37.5 hours per week and the role does include some weekly on-call escalation duties on a rota basis.Benefits:• Working for growing healthcare company in a niche sector• A competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays• Additional bonus based on office performance• A day off for your birthday*Westin Par Recruitment Experts acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment.
