Responsibilities

Oversee housekeeping performance and brand standards across 30 hotelsLead, support, and develop on-site housekeeping teams and suppliersDrive quality, compliance, efficiency, and continuous improvementMonitor KPIs, budgets, and guest satisfaction to ensure consistently high results
