Marketing Director Leading UK Hospitality Brand £150,000

London | Hybrid (2–3 days per week onsite)

A well-established, growing UK hospitality brand is seeking a commercially minded and strategic Marketing Director to lead its marketing function and elevate the brand across the national estate. This is a rare opportunity to join an organisation where you will have a genuine voice at the leadership table, working closely with the CEO and Operations Director to drive growth, brand visibility, and customer engagement.

We are open to candidates from hospitality, retail, gaming, leisure, or other consumer-led sectors who understand branded environments and high-volume customer journeys.

 

Key Responsibilities

Own and develop the overall UK marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand positioning across all sitesLead, mentor, and develop a small, high-performing marketing team covering digital, content, social, CRM, and brandDrive brand campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring high-quality, consistent brand executionWork hand-in-hand with Operations to support site-level performance, local marketing initiatives, and customer experience improvementsPartner closely with the CEO on brand direction, growth plans, and future market opportunitiesUse data and analytics to inform decision-making, track performance, and refine strategy for maximum ROI

Experience & Skills

Senior-level marketing experience from hospitality, leisure, retail, gaming, or other customer-facing branded sectors.Strong team leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing a small but effective team.Demonstrable success in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and delivering commercial results.Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident working closely with the CEO and Operations Director.Expertise across digital marketing, PR, campaigns, brand development, and customer acquisition.Commercially astute, data-driven, and comfortable owning budgets and forecasting.Confident, creative, and strategic, with the ability to challenge, influence, and contribute meaningfully at senior level.
