Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship

Office Responsibilities:

Carry out day-to-day office administration, including document control, filing and updating

Internal systems:

Answer incoming phone calls and direct enquiries to the relevant team Manage and respond to enquiries received via email, phone and the company website Assist with engineer and job scheduling, helping to allocate work efficiently Update and track job statuses from initial enquiry through to completion Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the office

Project Responsibilities:

Support with material procurement, such as requesting quotes, raising purchase orders and liaising with suppliers Assist the estimating team by gathering information, preparing documents and supporting the production of quotations Handle incoming tender enquiries, ensuring all documentation is logged, downloaded and shared with relevant team members Provide administrative support for project and cost tracking, including updating spreadsheets and reviewing progress Work closely with the project teams to support the successful delivery of ongoing electrical projects

Training:
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Work based learning Support with English and Maths (if required for skills gaps) End Point Assessment

Training Outcome:

For the right applicant, the apprenticeship would lead to full time employment upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.
