Ensure all areas are maintained to high standards Complete all tasks in a timely efficent manner, ensuring any issues are resolved promptly Enhance appearance of the property through decorating project Conduct pre arrival checks on units to identify defect/issues

Training:

The Successful applicants will meet with their Tutors on a hybrid delivery model, which will include a mix of -

Remote 121 Remote Masterclasses Tutors coming on site Every 12 weeks, for 2 days, there will be practical sessions in the Worcester training centre
