MLR are seeking an experienced and highly organised property manager–tenant liaison to oversee the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio, ensuring excellent tenant relations, efficient issue resolution, and smooth property operations. The role involves coordinating maintenance requests, conducting regular inspections, managing tenancy documentation, and ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations, including holding a valid PSRA licence.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and skilled in communication, with the ability to balance tenant needs and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment.
