Are you a compassionate and experienced Support Worker looking for flexible shifts in the Weymouth area?

We are recruiting male and female support staff to join our team, providing high-quality care and support to adults with complex needs, including:

Autism

Learning Disabilities

Cerebral Palsy

Wheelchair Users

Other associated conditions

You’ll be working in a supported living environment, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing in every aspect of daily life.

What we’re looking for:

Experienced support workers (at least 6 months’ relevant experience)

Understanding of complex care needs

Confident in manual handling and personal care

Drivers preferred (but not essential)

Reliable, flexible, and calm under pressure
