V05146 - Advanced Apprentice Engineering Technical - Design

Studying towards a Level 3 Advanced Manufacturing Engineering qualification After the first year getting "badged" as either an Electrical, Mechanical or Hull & Outfit designer Having around 5 placements within the business with Designer teams on one of our Submarine programmes (Astute, Dreadnought and SSN AUKUS) creating models and outputs using the relevant CAD software (either CADDS5, FORAN or Siemens NX).  This training is all provided as part of your apprenticeship Learning and developing in teamwork, communication, sustainability and health & safety Working towards completion of a Level 3 End Point Assessment as an Engineering Design Technician

Training:
An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying

Training Outcome:
