Under supervision, to administer and deliver low-level interventions for a range of anti-social behaviour issues. Handle and process manual or computerised information or evidence, with care, accuracy, confidentiality and security. Support the work of the team. Using the main computer packages, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Uniform.

Training Outcome:

On successful completion, you will attain a level 4 qualification. You will be able to apply for opportunities as an internal candidate.
