Apprentice Service Engineer
You will receive full training to specialise in the:
installation servicing and repair of commercial dishwashers and other catering equipmentYou’ll work alongside experienced engineers both on customer sites and in our service workshop, gradually taking on more responsibility as your skills develop.
Your Key Responsibilities once fully trained:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial dishwashing equipment at hospitality and commercial client sites across Essex, Hertfordshire, and London. Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently, providing effective solutions. Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance. Liaise professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service and technical support. Manage your own service calls and schedule effectively. Maintain accurate records of all work performed, parts used, and time spent. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.Training:
• Fully supported apprenticeship with time dedicated to off-the-job training
• Mentorship from experienced commercial catering service engineers
• Exposure to a wide range of industry recognised manufacturers & associated training courses
• Structured progression – from shadowing to working independently
• Industry-recognised Level 3 qualification upon completion
Training will be on site and our Training Provider will come in 2 days a month to deliver the training and handskills.
