Customer Service & Front-of-House:
Provide a welcoming and professional service to visitors on arrival Manage incoming enquiries via the switchboard and email, ensuring timely and customer-focused responses Monitor customer feedback and ensure high-quality responses are issuedAdministrative Support:
Generate invoices and purchase orders for a range of bespoke services across the business Manage the secure and efficient administration of lost property, ensuring timely reunification of customers with their belongings Provide administrative support to the Executive & Business Support Manager and assist the Senior Leadership Team with coordinating their business agendas Support the HR Team with administrative tasks, including producing well-formatted correspondence and assisting with general HR administrationGeneral Office Duties:
Order office and kitchen supplies, ensuring stock levels are maintained Process incoming and outgoing mail Prepare and format documents, including binding and laminatingTraining:
Business Administrator Level 3 4-days per week at Newcastle International Airport 1-day per week at Newcastle College
Training Outcome:
Full-time position upon completion of apprenticeship for the right candidate.
