Apprentice Recruitment Consultant

What you will do:

Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing placements. Screen CVs and conduct initial telephone interviews with potential candidates. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Learn company procedures and policies, including using our recruitment software. Develop a deep understanding of the industry and the roles you recruit for.
