Pensions Apprentice

You will be given a wide range of tasks to do, that will contribute to the work of your team.

Training will be given ‘on the job’ to enable you to understand how we work.

Your duties will include:

Assist with keeping up to date records for all scheme members Setting up work tasks for your team Help with ‘year-end’ work, updating records with the latest information Assist with the administration of team checking spreadsheets Collate uploaded documents in preparation for indexing to records

How you will be supported:

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role

Training:
The apprenticeship will also include studying for a Level 3 Pensions Administrator Standard Each week time will be allocated for training and learning, to allow you to complete all aspects of your apprenticeship

Possible progression within the company and progression onto the next level apprenticeship
