Sales & Marketing Apprentice

Process customer orders and coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to arrange deliveries. Assist with data analysis for sales reporting, customer trends, and campaign performance. Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and online forms, ensuring excellent customer service. Support marketing activities, including social media content, website updates, and promotional materials. Contribute to internal projects aimed at improving efficiency, customer experience, or brand visibility.

Training:
Completion of a Level 6 Charted Manager degree apprenticeship. You will study part-time at Sheffield Hallam University. A minimum of 6 hours per-week spent studying.

Training Outcome:
Full training and support to complete your apprenticeship qualification. Hands-on experience across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations. Opportunity for long-term progression, including account management and project involvement.
