Assist qualified electricians with repairs, installations, and upgrades across our housing stock Support residents by ensuring homes are safe and compliant, from lighting to power systems Attend college to complete your Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification Learn to carry out safety checks, fault diagnostics, and compliance testing under supervision Follow health & safety and safeguarding protocols, especially when working in occupied homes Communicate professionally with residents and colleagues, representing the housing association with care and respect Work under supervision to carry planned maintenance, Inspection, testing and verification, and reactive maintenance tasks
