Apprentice Chef - Oxford
Support the kitchen team in the preparation and serving of all meals associated with the hotel. To follow best practice and safe working to deliver exceptional food to the highest standard. Serving breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, including weddings.
Under the guidance and stewardship of a Head Chef and Executive Chef, you learn and deploy skills to work in a fun and engaging kitchen environment, serving top-quality foods consistently.
Training:
As an Apprentice Chef, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. Due to contractual requirements, candidates must be aged 18+. Candidates will require their own method of transport as no transport is provided for this role and shift patterns vary as per business needs.
Training Outcome:
On completion of the Commis Chef Level 2 apprenticeship, the apprentice will have the opportunity to embark onto a Level 3 apprenticeship to further their skills' development through internal training programmes.
