Front of House/ Receptionist - Business Administrator Apprentice

This is a front of house role, where you will be the face of our company at the reception desk.
Working with the Clinic Manager, you will:
Open and close the clinic. Ensure excellent customer service that exceeds guest expectations. Greet and engage with our customers. Offer refreshments to our customers. Manage the operation of the reception desk. Assist with scheduling appointments and bookings, ensuring efficient organisation of schedules. General admin tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management. Manage incoming calls, take messages, and direct calls appropriately. Handle enquiries in a timely and professional manner, understanding when to escalate to the Manager. Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth communication and timely treatments. Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and inviting. Put away towels and clinic supplies as/when needed. Order stock & keep stock checks. Social media Marketing etc. Undertake any other reasonable tasks as required.Training:
You will complete the Business Administrrator Apprenticeship Standard Level 3 and the Functional Skills in maths and English (if you do not have the GCSEs/GCSE grades or equivalent) Training will be carried out within the workplace, there is NO day release. Training will be carried out every 2-4 weeks.
Training Outcome:
This is an Apprenticeship Contract for the set period of the qualification. There may not be a permanent position at the end, and this will be discussed as you approach the end of the Training.

Working Hours :
Our clinic runs from 09:00 to 18:00 hours. You will be expected to work weekends, your shifts will be communicated to you in advance. Minimum 30 hours, we may increase hours subject to business needs. Days TBC.
