L3 Business Admin Apprenticeship

To undertake day to day admin tasks:

Handling enquiries Maintain and record files Answering telephone calls To maintain high standards of professional behaviour towards customers To plan meetings, events, trips and be responsible for the logistics Be able to use multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organisation (MS Office or equivalent packages) To choose the most appropriate IT solution to suit the business problem Write letters or emails Write reports and be able to review others work Create proposals Perform financial processes Record and analyse data Update and review databases Provide a full service for complaints from initial contact to close of complaint

Training:

Business Administrator Level 3.

An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation. At least 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying.



Training Outcome:

The administration role may be a gateway to further career opportunities, such as management or senior support roles.
