IT Apprenticeship
Provide 1st line technical support to customers
Transfer old clients onto new systems and platforms
Identify, establish and diagnose IT faults through security-based software
Apply appropriate testing to hardware and software alongside supporting field engineers
Provide updates to customers and end users with reports, data and analysis
Programming of routers, switches and servers
Training:
Online, through a portal with a certified trainer
Training Outcome:
There will be a full-time job role available upon completion.

With our cutting-edge security solutions delivered across the UK, we specialize in intruder alarm systems in the North-West and North Wales, and CCTV and access control services nationwide. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from corporate businesses to small enterprises, domestic property owners, and industrial sites. As an IT Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in supporting our technical infrastructure, working alongside skilled professionals in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. This role offers the chance to develop your skills and build a solid foundation for a career in IT, while contributing to the security systems that keep our clients safe.
Working Hours :
Monday – Friday between 8.30am – 5pm.
