IT Support Technician Apprentice

Office based role Provide end user desktop support for Microsoft Windows and Office applications Installing and configuring systems: Setting up computer systems and software Help Maintain a register of software and hardware assets Help with roll out of patch updates, driver updates etc Help maintain IT policy documents and research updates Liaise with EPA External IT support providers Help build PCs Active Directory user creation and maintenance

Training:

This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release at our campus in Stratford. You will be required to attend college every week.
