This is a busy and varied role which requires attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Act as the point of contact and provide general support for internal and external clientsMeeting and greeting clients -hospitality dutiesProducing and posting of Engagement lettersCompleting new client formsAnswering and directing phone calls promptly and politelyProducing Pre-Audit letters, obtaining Partner signatures and sending on to relevant member of staff for processingOrganising and scheduling appointments (internal and external)Photocopying, scanning and printing duties
